“Looks in His Early 30s”: Still Shredded at 54, Bodybuilding Titan’s Insane Lifting Technique Leaves Fitness World Stunned

The 7x Fitness Model of the Year still manages to maintain a shredded physique at the age of 54. He also trains fitness enthusiasts and helps them reach their bodybuilding goals. The powerlifter recently uploaded a YouTube short video which is proof of his dedication to fitness. He always leaves fans stunned by one or the other video on his social media.

In a short video, the Titan was seen teaching another imminent personality how to use certain gym equipment. He is a pro when it comes to weightlifting and does not shy away from teaching the right form of exercise. Mike did a herculean task by lifting insane amounts of weights with ease in the video.

The video starts with Mike lifting five heavyweight plates and then he moves on towards Billy. The Titan asks him "Can I get your straps?" Billy asks "Really?" to which O’Hearn replies "You’re using straps and stuff."

WWE pro, Gunn was caught red-handed and left stunned as the video rewinds, revealing him using strapping gloves to attach them to the rod. This clever technique made lifting the weight much easier. O’Hearn then confidently says "I’ll show you how to use this".

The 40 years of training were not in vain because Mike just dropped those gloves and started free-hand lifting. He then jokingly says "Then you let your B**** partner pick them (the gloves) up". This funny banter between Gunn and O’Hearn left fans laughing and gushing at Mike's strength.

Fans were left bewildered and stunned at the short clip uploaded by Mike on 1st June 2023. Fans were complimenting him left and right along with laughing at the relationship Gunn and he shares.
